Overnight flight to Cape Town. |

Day 2-4 |
Collect hire car and drive to stay for three nights at the unique Grootbos Private Nature Reserve. Overlooking Walker Bay, this hillside reserve accommodates guests in luxury en-suite cottages, with a wide range of nature-orientated activities available, from nature drives and trails through fynbos and forests, to horse-riding and boat trips to view the whales, sharks & seals. Day 5-7 |
Return hire car, fly to Kruger Mpumulanga and transfer to stay for three nights at Plains Camp. Sited in the middle of a Kruger National Park big five wilderness area, the camp has been built in true 19th century pioneer tradition, with the accommodation in large en-suite tents. Activities available include day and night game drives, and personalised walking trails. A pre-arranged ‘sleep-out’ on elevated wooden platforms will also be an unforgettable highlight. (FB) |

Day 8-11 |
Fly by light aircraft to stay for four nights at Thonga Beach Lodge. Set above a secluded bay, this lodge is nestled into coastal dune forest with views of the beach below. The laying season for turtles runs from October to March, whales can be seen offshore between April and September, whilst dolphins are curious visitors year-round. In addition nature walks, snorkelling, SCUBA diving, guided canoe trips & boat cruises, are all available. (FB) |
