Windhoek
Windhoek is the capital and largest city of Namibia. The quaint town lies in a beautiful valley surrounded by hills and mountains and combines a modern city architectural style with that of the German colonial era. The German cultural influence is still present today from the architecture to the restaurants and locally-brewed beer.

Windhoek’s highlights include the Tintenpalast, which houses Namibia's parliament, Christuskirche of the Lutheran parish from 1896 and Namibia's National Museum.
